Halton Housing approached me to develop a suite of assets from printed materials to artwork for a massive site hoarding protecting the build site entrance, to help them market their latest development at Three Sails Point in the Wirral. Using 3d renders supplied and CAD drawings, I extracted data to form tables and charts to assist any potential would-be buyers to allow them to take measurements and give them all the information they'd need in terms of local amenities for any new people to the area.
Having worked along side the team, it became evident they needed a solution, to allow the sales team to quickly and electronically update their sales records. We devised a number of data capture sheets developed in Indesign, utilising the secure Adobe Sign and other interactive functionality like live data forms, tick boxes, etc to product a number of PDFs the team use and still use to keep all this data safe and secure but allowing them to become more paper-less taking advantage of being able to carry all these forms on a tablet.
